Hanging Out with Tim and Kamie

After the wedding, the Fischers all flew the coup! Diet and Myrna took off for their ten week long vacation/business trip, Randy and Jenny flew off to Germany, and Lance and Kendra sailed away on their honeymoon. So, this weekend Matt and I have been hanging out with Kamie and Tim! Last week we went to a Bees game and had hot dogs and kettle corn at the ballpark, as you should always have at baseball games. On Sunday we went for a motorcycle ride up to the Draper temple and had dinner at their house. I have had so much fun!

All of us at the Bees game sitting out on the grass

Lance and Kendra Fischer

On Wednesday last week, Lance and Kendra were married! They were married at 11:00 in the Salt Lake Temple, and had their luncheon and reception later that day. Everything was beautiful, and now they are honeymooning in Florida and the Bahamas! I'm soo jealous!

I got to watch Brad and Claire while the ceremony was happening, and Brad took this picture while we were waiting outside the temple.

We had to go to the store about a million times the day of the wedding and Tim and Matt wanted to show off... I love how the wall says "Specials" behind them because that is so what they are!

Matt and I at the reception. Matt had to wear a tux, but looked pretty good if you ask me...

Watching the Kiddos

Last Monday, Matt and I got to take Brad and Claire to the park to feed the ducks and play on the playground. Claire loved throwing the bread out to the ducks (which we realized later we were doing right underneath a "Do Not Feed The Ducks" sign... oops...) and Brad had a fun time listening to his voice echo when we walked through a tunnel on the Jordan River Parkway.

Whenever Claire would go down the slide, she would hang on to the edge like this. Matt and I couldn't decide whether it was because she was scared to let go, or if she wanted to turn herself onto her stomach so she could go down that way and get off by herself at the bottom.

Woah

So I finally got my old pictures off my mom's computer and had to post some of my favorites, or some that I thought were freaking funny.

My unofficial sister Erika... we have a lot of hair together

Hair dye job gone way wrong! Playing softball everyday lightened it to this scary color

Back to school stomp... We decided to make it a Dukes of Hazzard theme

Girls camp... One of our advisors turned 50 and we had a sweet old person party

Good times....

Tori's Stori

Okay, so on Friday night (May 15) I will officially change my blog from "Tori in Logan" to "Tori's Stori" (so www.torisstori.blogspot.com). Yeah I thought the spelling that matched my name was clever, as well as the rhyming, so don't kill my excitement. I just can't be Tori in Logan anymore, it just feels wrong. So thank you much for sharing the news with people who don't check my blog often and try to view the old one and get frustrated. Love you all...

Saying Goodbye

Today was our last game of the 2009 high school softball season! I loved coaching at Mountain Crest, I learned so much from the other coaches, Leslie, Kelly and Shawn, and I had a great time with all the girls. I am so glad that I could have this experience. Next weekend is our team banquet, and then I will have to say goodbye to the mustangs for good...

New blog name

Okay so as of this coming Saturday, I will no longer be "Tori in Logan." Yes, I'm moving home for good. Well for a while, probably. So I need a new blog name. Any ideas? Seriously, I'd love to hear your ideas, so get brainstorming people! Let me know ALL your ideas, even the weird, dumb, random, silly, etc, etc, etc...

Lindsay and Tom Anderson

Yesterday I spent just about the whole day in Bountiful/Clearfield for Lindsay and Tom's wedding! After the ceremony at the Bountiful temple we attempted to take pictures but it was a downpour! I can't believe that much rain really could fall at once. Then we had lunch, and later we went to their garden reception, where luckily there was two hours of clear skies! Everything was beautiful and it was so fun to spend the day celebrating Lindsay and Tom!

DONE!

Thank goodness, I am done with finals!!!! Four tests later and I'm still standing. Actually I did much better than I expected to do, so that makes finals week that much better. Although now with two less roommates, I am feeling so lonely! I am going to miss living with Jenni and Natalie! One more week in Logan before summer really begins! Yay!
